Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail when delivery can be made. We do use Schenker (Parcelforce) and DHL as our shipping partners to the UK. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time to the UK (sent from Sweden) is about 3-5 days depending on where you live.

Returns and refunds
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from nordicagolf.co.uk, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
We know that you want to try out your new golf clubs before buying them, therefore we guarantee all customers 100% satisfaction. When you order golf clubs from us you can try them out on your own driving range before deciding to keep them. If you are not happy with your new clubs you can return them to us within 30 days, and get a money-off voucher for future purchases from us.
You can also return the clubs (if not used) within 14 days and get your money back.
Before returning, you must contact NordicaGolf by e-mail to receive a return number, which must be used when sending the clubs back to us. Return freight is paid by the customer.
All clubs are covered by a 12-month component and workmanship warranty. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items to decide for a valid warranty claim or not. Prior to returning you need to contact NordicaGolf by e-mail to receive a service number, which must be used when sending the clubs back to us. Return postage is paid by the customer.

What is 3D-Secure?
When you go to our credit card processors (Dibs) web site and enter your card details you will be faced with the 3D- Secure option now. It is now a requirement from participating credit/debit card issuers that 3D-Secure is implemented on all Internet retail sites in the UK for your security.
Please note that the 3D-Secure system is separate from NordicaGolf web site and we will NEVER see the password or security details for your card so it is completely safe to enter this information. 3D- Secure password is also not the same as the password you enter on our NordicaGolf website to create your user account.
