1. About the Terms and Conditions
1.1
These terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all purchases made by you as a consumer from www.nordicagolf.co.uk and related websites (the "Website"). You accept the Terms of Purchase at the time you make a purchase on the Website.

The Agreement is entered into with NG Partners AB (NordicaGolf), company registration number 556695-7261 and address Staffans väg 6b, 192 78 Sollentuna, Sweden ("Nordicagolf", "us" or "we").

2. Orders
2.1
A purchase agreement is concluded between you as a customer (consumer or business customer) and Nordicagolf when you have received a delivery confirmation (the goods have been dispatched) after you have placed your order. The delivery confirmation means that we have accepted the order and that a binding contract of purchase has come into being. At

3.1
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail ("Order Confirmation from Nordicagolf"), which confirms that we have received your order. This automatic confirmation does not imply that a binding contract has been concluded.
3.2
A binding contract is only concluded when we send the final delivery confirmation (the goods have been dispatched) "Your delivery from Nordicagolf" to the e-mail address you provided when you placed the order. or that the goods have been received if the delivery confirmation could not be sent.
3.3
Before you receive the final delivery confirmation, your order may be refused in whole or in part due to final sales, if you have provided incorrect information to us at the checkout or if we suspect attempted fraud. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we can.
4. Prices and information
4.1
When ordering, the prices listed on the Website at the time of ordering will apply. All prices include applicable VAT but do not include any payment and carriage charges, which are stated separately.
4.2
In the event that we quote an incorrect price for a product or if the information about a product listed on the Website is incorrect, we will contact you as soon as possible with the correct price. We reserve the right to correct the price before a delivery confirmation has been sent out (the goods have been dispatched) and will always contact you as a customer in these specific cases.
4.3
If the price or information about a product listed on the Website is incorrect and of such a nature that you should have realized this, the price or information will not apply to the purchase even if you have received a delivery confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4.4
Images of products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and the actual product may vary slightly due to production runs or changes at the manufacturing stage, etc. We also cannot guarantee that all images represent the exact appearance of the product, for example due to the fact that the monitor may affect color reproduction.
5. Payment
5.1
All payments made through the website are made through Klarna or Paypal.

When you make a purchase from us, you will enter into a separate payment agreement with our payment service provider.
6. Shipping and delivery
6.1
We offer several different delivery options depending on the products to be shipped and where you live. The delivery options we offer are always shown at the checkout on the Website.
6.2
In order to facilitate the delivery for you as a customer and to minimize the environmental impact, we always try to deliver your products in one delivery whenever possible.
6.3
If your order contains several products and one or more of the products are out of stock or have a longer delivery time, we will wait for all products before sending your package. If you would like faster delivery of products that are in stock, you are encouraged to split your order into two separate purchases.
6.5
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (weekdays on weekends) for stock items. However, clubs and shafts with adapters may take longer as we build/assemble these products on site which requires longer handling time. We aim to dispatch these within 48 hours. Shipping then takes between 1-5 days depending on shipping method and your location. For out of stock products, made to order products, custom fit products direct from supplier (such as Cobra, Titleist, TaylorMade, Mizuno and Wilson) or out of stock items, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page.
6.7
If one or more items in your order are out of stock and/or made-to-order, we will wait for these before sending your delivery as a complete shipment.
6.8
If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delay in delivery. We will always do our best to fulfil your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfil the order, for example when our supplier is unable to fulfil its commitment to us. No compensation will be paid in the event of a delay in delivery.
6.9
The expected delivery date is indicated on the Website and in your automatic confirmation and may differ depending on the products and the delivery option you choose. We will always aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time set out on the Website in your automated confirmation, but this is not something we can guarantee.
6.10
We bear the risk of transport from our warehouse to you (i.e. damaged or lost goods). You bear the risk of any return to us.

Unclaimed parcels
6.12
You are responsible for accepting or collecting your delivery in accordance with the instructions given to you at the time of ordering.
6.13
Packages not collected/received within the time specified on the advice note will be returned to us.
6.14
In these cases, we have the right to charge an administrative fee equal to our handling and shipping costs.
7. Right of withdrawal and return policy
7.1
You have 14 days return policy under the applicable law on the right of withdrawal from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receive the product that you have purchased on the Website.
7.3
For certain products, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply. This applies to products that have been customized and manufactured according to your instructions (built clubs, assembled shafts, personalized/custom fit orders etc.). If the right of withdrawal or return policy does not apply, it will be stated in the product.
Depreciation
7.4
When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its character, features and function. You have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund if you register your return or contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product and return it in its original condition with packaging.
7.5
If you handle the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its character, features and function, we are entitled to make a depreciation deduction. Such deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return with the original value at the time of purchase. To obtain a full refund, we therefore recommend that you return the product in its original condition.
How to cancel your purchase
7.6
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must register your return or notify us within 14 days of the date that you, or a person acting on your behalf, receive or collect your order.
7.7
We have two types of returns PACKAGE RETURNS and MAIL RETURNS. If your return fits in a letter, it is fine to choose this type of return but if a larger package is required to return the goods, we refer you to the parcel return.
7.8
After you have notified us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send or return the product within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging in which you received it, as you will be responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping, if the damage or loss was caused by your negligence, for example in packaging the product.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return postage when you have chosen to return via us will be deducted from your refund. You can find information about our return shipping costs
Refund
7.12
Once you have returned your purchase, we will make your refund through our payment service provider within 30 days. However, we will not make the refund until we have received the product back. Please note that you are responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping that is due to your negligence.
7.14
In the event of a return, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
7.15
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
7.16
Trial guarantee
7.16.1
For complete iron sets, we offer a 30 day try on guarantee which means that you can test your new iron set for 30 days after purchase and return it if you are not satisfied. (Does not apply to complete golf sets with golf bag included) The guarantee does not apply if you have made custom fit choices. Refund in case of claiming the 30 days game guarantee, exchange to another set or refund applies. For full terms and conditions regarding the "try on guarantee" see below.
30 day try on guarantee
For us, it is of utmost importance that you find equipment and clubs that suit you and that you are satisfied with your choice. That's why when you buy an iron set from us at NordicaGolf, you are always offered a 30-day trial guarantee. This means that you can safely buy your iron set from us and try out the clubs on the range or course. If during this period you are not satisfied with your choice of clubs, you can always come back to us and we will help you choose a new set or give you a refund. You can contact us at info@nordicagolf.co.uk or phone +468 - 30 90 00 to make use of the try on guarantee and advice for a new choice of clubs.

Terms and conditions for the "30 day trial guarantee"
- The "30 day trial guarantee" only applies to the purchase of complete iron sets (minimum 6 clubs, e.g. 5-pw or 6-aw) and does not apply to complete golf sets with included golf bag
- The guarantee does not apply if you have made custom fit choices.
- The "30 day trial guarantee" can only be used once per customer per year and is only valid for the customer who has made the purchase (non-transferable)
- For the use of the "30 day trial guarantee" the clubs must be in good condition. Good condition means no major damage such as nicks or major scratches in the club head or shaft that are clearly visible to the eye and can be clearly felt when running a finger over the damage. For example, damage caused by hitting a stone. Normal wear and tear from playing on the course or club mat is acceptable. Assessment will be made on a case by case basis and if you are unsure of your damage please contact us with a picture where we can determine if the damage is of a nature that we cannot accept. For damages caused by manufacturing defects, we refer instead to the warranty which you can read more about under our terms and conditions of purchase.
- You must not have modified the clubs during this time. Modification means, for example, changing the grip, changing the loft or lie, changing the shaft, changing the length, etc.
- The clubs must be cleaned and returned in a safe way to avoid damage in transit.
8. Complaints
8.1
If there is any defect in your product, you have the right to complain about the defective product in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection legislation in force in the country where you reside. You have the right to complain about any original defect in the product that occurs within three years of delivery of the product (the liability period). You always need to make a complaint within a reasonable time after you should have noticed the defect. Your right to complain ends after the three-year liability period has passed.
8.2
If you wish to complain about a product, please contact our customer service at info@nordicagolf.co.uk. If you are able to take a photo of the product, this may speed up the process.
8.3
Once the claimed product has been assessed and we have determined that the claim is valid, we will reimburse you in accordance with applicable law. This means that the fault will be rectified or we will replace the faulty product with a new one. If neither of these options is possible, you will instead be entitled to claim a price reduction corresponding to the defect or to cancel the purchase in accordance with the applicable law.
8.4
Please note that we have the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to the applicable law.

9. Promotions, offers and prices
9.1
We may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes, gifts and other offers ("Offers"). Such Offers are valid only for the period of time specified in connection with such Offer and subject to the terms and conditions specified in connection with the Offer. Offers may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated. Offers last only as long as supplies last and we reserve the right to cancel a promotion early or to adjust our offers during the current promotion.
9.2
We reserve the right to print and misprint in our marketing and refer that the prices quoted on the Website are always applicable.
9.3
Any discount is valid for one purchase and cannot be transferred to returns, exchanges, complaints or future orders

Price matching - If you find the same item at a lower price from another retailer, we will match it.

9.4.1
We price match against all authorized retailers in Scandinavia (incl. equivalent shipping option.)
9.4.2
We need to be able to verify by means of valid documentation that the product is genuine, new, not part of a temporary promotion/stock clearance and is in exactly the same condition (model, size, material, colour, etc.).
9.4.3
A valid document is, for example, a direct link to another retailer's website selling online, showing the lower price. It can also be a quotation valid at the time. A picture of an advertising campaign, a clicked-in e-mail or similar does not apply, but the original e-mail must be forwarded or the campaign must be verifiable.
9.4.4
Price matching is only valid before the purchase is made and cannot be invoked after the purchase has been made. Please remember to always contact us before the purchase is made if you find a lower price.
9.4.5
Cannot be combined with any of our other discounts, offers or promotions.
11. Our obligations
11.1
If there is any defect in your product or if delivery is delayed, we will be liable for any damages suffered by you as a result of the defect or delay, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. However, we will only be liable for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable steps to limit your loss. We are therefore not liable for damage that you could have avoided by taking reasonable measures.
11.2
We are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as war, strikes, pandemics or natural disasters, which we could not reasonably have foreseen (Force Majeure). If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations under the contract or these Terms and Conditions of Purchase due to Force Majeure, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
12. About these Terms and Conditions
12.1
We may change these Terms of Purchase, but the Terms of Purchase that you agreed to at the time of your purchase will always apply to that purchase. Any changes will be reflected in the latest published version of the Terms of Purchase on the Website. Changes will take effect from the time you accept the Terms of Purchase, i.e. when you make a new purchase on the Website.
12.2
It is important for us to respect your rights as a consumer. As we are a company based in Sweden, these Terms of Purchase shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If any provision of these Terms of Purchase is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, authority or alternative dispute resolution body of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms of Purchase will remain valid and enforceable in full, subject to applicable law. You are always entitled to the mandatory consumer rights of the country in which you are ordinarily resident. Nothing in these Terms of Purchase shall be construed as limiting such rights.

13.1

13.2
In the event of a dispute with private individuals, we will comply with the decisions of alternative dispute resolution bodies. We know that you want to try out your new golf clubs before buying them. When you order golf clubs from us you can try them out on your own driving range before deciding to keep them. If you're unhappy with your new clubs you can return them to us within 30 days, you will then receive 80% of the value of the golf clubs back in the form of a value code.
