The Cobra Darkspeed MAX is developed for those who want a maximally forgiving fairway wood, or a FW that can be adjusted to remove a nasty slice. The club has a low profile so you feel like you can really get to the ball. The face, PWRSHELL HOT FACE, goes under the sole to be able to flex more on low hits and thus maintain the length on thin hits. The back of the face has been designed using AI to keep spin and ball speed as constant as possible when hitting outside the sweet spot. PWR-BRIDGE is a weight that is placed close to the sole and face, but at the same time allows both the sole and face to flex for higher ball speed. In the MAX model, this weight is placed a little further back to get more spin on the ball.
